Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Medical Technologist for a full‑time, day shift position in a hospital laboratory. The successful candidate will conduct diagnostic tests across Chemistry, Hematology, and Blood Bank, using microscopes, analyzers, and computer systems to provide accurate data for clinicians.
The role requires a Medical Technology degree with ASCP MT eligibility and may prefer candidates with a Master’s or doctorate in related fields.
Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Medical Technologist conducts diagnostic laboratory tests that are important in detecting, analyzing and treating a wide variety of diseases and medical conditions. Microscopes, chemicals, precision tools, analyzers and computer equipment are used by Medical Technologists to perform tests that give doctors and patients detailed information about various conditions, including the progress and prognosis of the patient. A Medical Technologist performs standard laboratory procedures requiring a broad use of independent judgement and responsibility, consistently providing high quality patient care. Candidate will work as a Generalist in multiple departments (Chemistry, Hematology, and Blood Bank)
