Responsibilities

• Perform routine, complex, and specialized laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, blood bank, coagulation, and urinalysis.
• Analyze, interpret, verify, and report accurate laboratory results per policies.
• Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform quality control, quality assurance, and proficiency testing per regulatory standards.
• Communicate critical values promptly to the healthcare team.
