Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory testing with CLIA waivers and higher complexity as designated.
• Demonstrates proficiency in venipuncture.
• Reports results in a timely manner to appropriate staff.
• Teaches procedures and orients staff to laboratory services.
• Rotates on-call every 2-3 weeks as schedule requires.
• Maintains lab equipment and adheres to OSHA/CLIA regulations.
• Communicates test results and assists with interpretation as needed.
