Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic laboratory tests across various disciplines, including hematology, microbiology, immunology, chemistry, and blood banking.
  • Analyze, interpret, and validate test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow stringent laboratory safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely and accurate test results critical for patient care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of procedures, results, and quality control data.
  • Stay current with advancements in medical technology through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
  • Certification by ASCP, AMT, or anpreferred).
  • State licensure in Washington (or eligibility for licensure, if required).
