PALM Health in Southern New Mexico near El Paso invites experienced Medical Technologists to join our laboratory team in a full-time capacity. If you are ASCP/AMT certified as a generalist with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple benches, this role offers a dynamic, state-of-the-art environment and opportunities for professional growth.

You will collaborate with a skilled team in Hemo, Micro, PCR, Blood Gases, and cross-matching, with flexible day and evening

Qualifications

• Certification required: ASCP/AMT certification as a generalist.
• Educational requirement: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent.
• Technical expertise across benches including Hemo, Micro, PCR, BB CVC, Blood Gases, and Cross-matching.
• Team collaboration: capable of transitioning between roles within the laboratory.
• Problem-solving skills: ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
