Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Missouri. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, night shift with floating to multiple units; auto-offer with option for interview.

Candidates must hold a Missouri license (or compact) and have 2 years of nursing with 12 months in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry; Epic experience preferred. Vaccination required after submission; local candidates within 50 miles are considered local. NIHSS and BLS certs required.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- 1 year Tele, inpatient only.- Experience and competence in drug titration.

Special Requests:- Block scheduling with no specific days may be approved based on facility requirements.- RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment.- Holiday RTO: can request only 1 per assignment.

Unit Details:- Patient ratios vary. Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:7. We do not guarantee ratios. Careful consideration is given depending on the circumstance.- Uses telemetry, lift equipment, IV pumps, and tube feeding pumps.- Patient population includes med, med tele, and observation patients, including patients post trauma, surgical interventions, and medical comorbidities.

Shift & Scheduling:- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.- Weekend hours as required by facility.- Call requirements: none.- Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week.

Floating Requirements:- Will float on a rotational basis.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
