This full-time role provides direct bedside care on a busy 3rd-floor telemetry/medical-surgical unit, including assessment, medication administration, cardiac/tele monitoring, wound care, and discharge teaching. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to deliver culturally competent, evidence-based care to adult patients, many from historically underserved communities, while supporting quality, safety, and patient experience goals.
