Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois; BLS within 30 days; nursing degree or diploma.
• Experience on medical-surgical or acute care units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment and develop care plans according to unit standards.
• Administer medications safely and document care in the EMR.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and timely care.
• Monitor vitals, provide patient education and support discharge planning.
