HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital in South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical care. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and care teams, following established nursing models and best practices to ensure positive outcomes.

The role emphasizes advocacy, education for patients and families, accurate documentation, and timely response to patient needs.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred.
• 1 year applicable experience.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice and/or holds an active compact license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and document care in the medical record.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
