Job summary

The VIOS Clinic seeks a Medical-Surgical / Intermediate Care Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care across settings while contributing to safety and quality initiatives.
