Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical) in Ohio. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with varied acute medical conditions and coordinate with the team to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will assess and monitor patients, administer medications, educate patients and families, document care accurately, and support discharge planning to promote continuity of care.

Formación

• Active RN license in Ohio is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
• Medication administration and treatment competency.
• Effective communication and teamwork across care teams.
• Patient and family education skills.
• Accurate documentation and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with acute medical conditions.
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient condition changes and administer medications and treatments.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team; educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of nursing care and patient progress.
• Support discharge planning and promote continuity of care.
