CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety and outcomes at our California facility. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and assume relief charge duties as needed, ensuring quality, compassionate care across all ages.

The role requires acute care experience, an active California RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Competenze

• 6 months or more of acute care experience.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Bachelor's Of Nursing preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other practitioners as required and adjust nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
• Implements patient histories, assesses patient's conditions, and develops individualized care plans for assigned patients.
• Documents on care plans as patient care evolves, including resolutions of problems.
• Assesses patient educational needs and barriers to learning to implement patient education and documents teaching.
• Administers and controls narcotics and medications accurately and in a timely manner and signs out narcotics and medications according to hospital policy.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient's progress, nursing care, records and reports.
