Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Mississippi to support a Medical-Surgical unit for a 13-week assignment. This 12-hour night shift features a patient load with acuity expectations and opportunities to float to related units as needed.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification. Uses critical thinking and teamwork to deliver safe patient care in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Level 1 trauma experience or high acuity unit exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float between units as needed based on skillset and patient acuity.
• Titrate drips (e.g., heparin) prior to transfers when required.
• Manage a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio on the medical-surgical unit.
• Deliver safe patient care during 12-hour night shifts.
