Job summary

Rutherford Regional Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse adult patient populations, including assessment, medication administration, wound care, and post-operative management.

You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with the state board.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing is preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and maintain patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult MS patients.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform wound care and post-operative patient management.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for care planning.
• Educate patients and families and document care thoroughly.
