MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step-Down Unit, 7 West, in Parma Heights, OH. The role features a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule on a 12-hour shift with rotating weekends and holidays, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualifying experienced RNs or $5,000 for new graduates.
Unit details include a 24-bed CCSD with 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, advanced telemetry, and bedside procedures. Required Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS; BSN preferred.

All Critical Care units offer enhanced technology to assist with nursing care, including patient lifts, hands-free communication, virtual whiteboards, and continuous telemetry monitoring. The Critical Care Step-Down (CCSD) team staffs the Cardiac Hospitalist Unit. As a medical-surgical unit, the nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1.
