Proforma Health Inc is seeking a Med/Surg Registered Nurse (Adult Medical-Surgical) to provide compassionate, evidence-based bedside care to adult patients in our medical-surgical unit.

You will perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to maintain high safety and quality standards in Delaware/Ohio healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience or strong competence in adult medical-surgical nursing.
