Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks an Registered Nurse for an inpatient medical-surgical unit. You will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, monitor status, and report changes promptly.

You will coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance, including discharge planning and transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.

Registered Nurse (Inpatient Medical-Surgical)

Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care on an inpatient medical-surgical unit. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, monitor clinical status, and promptly report changes. Coordinate and support interdisciplinary care plans in collaboration with physicians and allied health staff to ensure quality outcomes, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
