In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to coordinate care.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.
