Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Morrilton is seeking a Medical Surgical Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across the surgical nursing continuum.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe, effective patient recovery and family education in a dynamic environment. Requirements include an unencumbered Arkansas RN license, BLS through the American Heart Association, and at least 6 months of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Arkansas RN license.
• Minimum 6 months acute care experience.
• Orthopedic or neuro experience preferred but not required.
• BLS through American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive care in the Medical-Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform skilled nursing procedures and critical assessments.
• Educate patients and families to support discharge planning.
