Job summary

Mercy is seeking an LPN for our 6 Surgical unit to deliver compassionate bedside care to post-operative and medical-surgical patients in Fort Smith, AR. You will work closely with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to perform focused assessments, monitor vitals, provide wound care, and support early mobility and recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas LPN license is required.
• Strong bedside nursing skills and critical thinking.
• Comfort delivering post-operative and medical-surgical care.
