Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care for patients with highly complex needs in an ICU setting. You will work within a medical-surgical ICU to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, advocate for patients, and participate in education and quality initiatives to continually improve outcomes.
