Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations under the guidance of the Center Manager and Center Physician. Responsibilities include determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors of unsuitable test results. The role requires familiarity with plasma collection regulations and adherence to BioLife Medical Affairs guidance. The specialist also supports environmental, health and safety (EHS) initiatives.
U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $25.60 - $35.20. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives and participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. Employees may receive up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year and new hires may accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
