• Operate equipment such as V-PRO sterilizers, automated washer/disinfectors, and ultrasonic cleaners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility protocols.
• Inspect each instrument for staining, pitting, cracking, and rust.
• Properly package, label, and document instrument sets to maintain sterility until needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WJM is currently recruiting for a Medical Supply Technician/ Sterile Processor to provide services in Palo Alto, CA.

Key Responsibilities

The Medical Supply Technicians – Sterile Processing Technicians will provide on‑site services for reusable medical devices (RMD) in inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and community living centers for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance activities.
• Thoroughly clean instruments and equipment to remove biological material and contaminants.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
