Responsibilities

• Maintains medical supplies inventory for designated departments.
• Counts par levels and replenishes per schedule.
• Organizes storage areas and ensures labeling accuracy.
• Notifies lead when stock reaches critical low levels or outage.
• Ensures items are labeled with date and charge number; matches with receiving slips.
• Counts supplies accurately on par levels and checks for expired goods.
• Amends par level sheets to department needs.
• Rotates incoming supplies to prevent expiration.
• Promotes teamwork and good communication in the hospital environment.
• Ensures proper distribution of materials to patient care areas.
