Good Shepherd Health Care System in Hermiston, OR is seeking an organized credentialing administrator to support the Medical Staff Services Department and help manage file preparation, expirables tracking, and payor enrollment activities.
You will coordinate committee materials, maintain accurate provider records, and assist with onboarding and orientation activities in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Medical Staff Services Department with a focus on file preparation, expirables tracking, privileging support, payor enrollment activities, committee coordination, and departmental projects. This role supports task-based functions and workflow organization under the direction of the Medical Staff Services Manager.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or equivalent.

There may also be occasional lifting or transferring of individuals weighing over 100 pounds, with the expectation that appropriate lifting techniques, mechanical aids, or team assistance will be used to ensure safety. This position is performed primarily in an indoor healthcare environment, such as a hospital, clinic, or long-term care facility. While the work setting is protected from outdoor weather conditions, it may be subject to variable indoor temperatures.
