PrairieCare is seeking a Medical Staff Coordinator to manage credentialing and privileging for medical staff. You will work closely with leadership, MEC, and committees to ensure accurate and timely processes, including onboarding of medical students and physicians.
Responsibilities include coordinating privileging, credentialing, meetings, and regulatory audits, with daily hours Monday–Friday onsite. A strong background in medical terminology, confidentiality, and MS Office is required.
In this role, the Medical Staff Coordinator interacts often with Leadership personnel and members of the Organized Medical Staff. The Medical Staff Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all medical staff credentialing and privileging activities and ensuring that such activities be completed in an accurate and timely fashion. This person supports the MEC and its subcommittees and functions.

Pay range for this position is $23 to $34 depending on education and experience.
