Job summary

NakedMD in Lakewood, CA is seeking a Medspa Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure premier client service, and lead a dedicated team.

This full-time role offers a starting base salary of $30-35/hour plus bonus eligibility, a strong emphasis on patient safety, hygiene, and a clean, organized facility in a fast-paced aesthetics setting.

You will hire/train staff, enforce health guidelines, and maintain a compassionate, professional environment for our patients and team.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in a Medspa or similar setting.
• Awareness of industry trends and best practices in aesthetics.
• Excellent client service abilities and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Medspa.
• Ensure the highest level of client service is provided.
• Hire, train, and manage staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Prioritize patient safety and hygiene in the injection room and related areas.

Annual base starting salary range: $30-35/hour + bonus eligible

• Manage and oversee the daily operations
• Ensure the highest level of client service is provided
• Hire, train, and manage staff
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
