Job summary

NakedMD is seeking a Medspa Manager to lead daily operations and deliver premium client service at our Forest Hill location. This full-time role focuses on safety, staff leadership, and maintaining a pristine facility to support aesthetic treatments.

The ideal candidate has proven managerial experience, a strong understanding of health and safety guidelines, and excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers bonus eligibility and a competitive hourly base.

Annual base starting salary range: $30-35/hour + bonus eligible

• Manage and oversee the daily operations
• Ensure the highest level of client service is provided
• Hire, train, and manage staff
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.
• Full-Time role; open availability
