Qualifications

• 2+ years clinical experience in a medical setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provides psychosocial assessments of patients and families with social, emotional, interpersonal and/or environmental issues.
• Formulates biopsychosocial assessment, disposition, and treatment plans.
• Collaborates with other professionals to evaluate patients' medical condition and client needs.
