Job summary

ScribeAmerica is seeking part-time Medical Scribes to work in outpatient settings, documenting patient visits in real time alongside doctors.

No experience required; we provide paid training through Scribe University, real clinical exposure, and opportunities for growth. Eligible candidates must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to meet schedule needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule:

We are currently seeking part‑time (2-3 shifts/week) team members who will work Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, working in an Outpatient setting.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (you’ll be provided one after training but need your own for training)
