Twin Cities Pain Clinic is seeking a Medical Scribe to manage electronic health records, dictation systems, and patient data entry in a fast-paced Maple Grove clinic.
The role involves accompanying providers during exams, accurately documenting encounters, and entering orders. Strong typing and medical terminology knowledge are essential for daily success.

The Medical Scribe is primarily responsible for the operation of electronic health records and electronic dictation systems and performs routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices of medical providers running efficiently. The primary goal of this role is to increase the efficiency and productivity of the provider. The Medical Scribe’s task list includes, but is not limited to:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a clinic setting in Maple Grove. Travel to other clinic locations may be required, dependent upon staffing needs. This position is 100% in-office given the nature of the responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk, hear and smell. The employee must be able to sit for 90% of the workday. The employee must be able to lift or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
