ScribeAmerica is seeking on-site Medical Scribes to document patient visits in real time and support physicians across multiple settings. You will record histories, exams, and treatments while ensuring accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
Training is provided and roles can be full-time or part-time. Ideal candidates will be at least 18, possess a high school diploma, and have strong English communication and typing skills.

As an on-site medical scribe, you could work in a variety of healthcare settings — from doctor’s offices to emergency departments. With over 80 specialties nationwide, we’ll match you to the best fit based on your schedule, interests, and location.
We offer both part-time (2–3 shifts per week) and full-time (3–4 shifts per week) positions. Shifts are usually 8 hours but can vary depending on site needs.
Our compensation for this position is $23.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
