• Performs patient check-out process to include follow-up office appointments, testing, ASC and hospital procedures.
• Answers patient questions and gives instructions regarding preparation of medical procedures.
• Obtains precertification and referrals for procedures.
• Collects co-pays and balances cash drawer daily.
