Job summary

ETS Vision, a well-established eye care practice in Florida, seeks a Medical Retina Specialist to join our team. Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology with fellowship in Medical Retina is preferred; a valid Florida medical license is required.

Diagnose and manage retinal diseases, perform imaging (OCT, fluorescein angiography, fundus photography), and develop personalized treatment plans including intravitreal injections.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology with fellowship training in Medical Retina.
• Valid medical license to practice in Florida.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with proficiency in retinal imaging and treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of retinal conditions including diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.
• Perform retinal imaging and interpret tests such as OCT, fluorescein angiography, and fundus photography.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including administering intravitreal injections.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists, optometrists and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options and prevention.
• Opportunity to perform cataracts if desired but not required.
• Possibility for partnership in a private, physician-owned practice.
• NO HOSPITAL CALL
