Ho-Chunk, Inc. through the Aerospace and Operational Medicine Division seeks a Medical Records Technician to support the maintenance, review, and accurate data entry of aeromedical records at Robins Air Force Base, GA.
You will ensure complete, correctly coded documents loaded into DoD systems to support medical readiness and waiver adjudication. The role requires proficiency with PDF tools and MS Office, plus strong data entry and communication skills, within a government-facility setting.
The Medical Records Technician provides non-personal, administrative, and technical support to the Aerospace and Operational Medicine Division at Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC). The primary focus of this role is the maintenance, review, and accurate data entry of aeromedical records for approximately 70,000 reservists. This position ensures that medical documentation is complete, accurately coded, and properly loaded into DoD systems to support medical readiness and the waiver adjudication process.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work is performed in unclassified work areas within Government facilities.
Office-based activities including answering telephones, greeting visitors, and prolonged use of computer terminals.
The place of performance is Robins Air Force Base (RAFB), GA. Personnel must display identification badges and name plaques at all times in Government workspaces.
Full-time position. Normal operational hours are 0800 to 1600 (EST), Monday through Friday, with mandatory availability during core hours of 0900 to 1500.
Travel is not required.
