Job summary

Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation in Nespelem, WA is seeking a Medical Records Technician (possible trainee) to maintain and secure patient records, process and analyze medical documentation, and coordinate records from inpatient and external facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HIPAA and Privacy training within 90 days of employment.
• CPR/First Aid within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records.
• Process, analyze, and compile medical documentation; obtain records from facilities.
• Ensure information is incorporated into electronic health records; support quality patient care.
