Responsabilités

• Compile, verify, and file medical records.

• Ensure records are complete and filed in proper order.
• Deliver records to staff and aftercare providers as needed.
• Enter data and retrieve information from computer systems.
• Maintain logs and release forms for information requests.
• Coordinate with transcription to resolve report issues.
