Paycom is seeking a Full-Time Medical Records Specialist located in Syracuse, NE. This role is crucial for investigating and correcting medical record deficiencies, ensuring regulatory compliance. The position demands exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a strong grasp of electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications

Position Type: Full Time

No weekends or holidays required!

The Medical Records Specialist investigates and corrects deficiencies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of medical record files and documentation. This role supports the healthcare team by reviewing and improving the content and accuracy of the medical record to accurately reflect the quality of care delivered and to support appropriate coding, billing, and reporting, as reconciled with the Electronic Health Record.

Hours are 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week on-site. Remote or hybrid unavailable at this time.
