Job summary

Key duties include processing ROI requests, maintaining a 24-hour turnaround for most requests, and performing quality checks. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with payment after 180 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Complete all STATs within an hour and maintain a 24-hour turnaround for all other ROI requests.
• Keep all queues current.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI according to procedures.
• Perform quality checks on all work to ensure accuracy, confidentiality and invoicing.
• Maintain confidentiality, security, and ethics with PHI during transport, storage, and disposal.
• Complete legal affidavits and answer questions as needed.
• Regularly scan ROI requests into the chart.
• Abide by ROI policy for HealthMark and the client.
• Maintain neat, clean, professional appearance and observe client dress code.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; store records properly and ensure supplies.
• Maintain facility guide and update as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and be attentive and respectful.
• Follow-through as promised.
• Be proactive in identifying patient complaints and de-escalate as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Assist clients, patients, and requestors with ROI status via phone.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update facility guide as needed.
• Provides excellent customer service by being attentive and respectful.

• Proactive in identifying PT complaints with the ability to de-escalate as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers.

• Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of requests for medical records via phone call.
