Job summary

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Medical Records Director to oversee the facility's records system, ensure accuracy and confidentiality, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

You will manage electronic and paper charts, coordinate audits and surveys, and collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to support documentation practices in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical records within a skilled nursing or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the facility's medical records system in compliance with state and federal regulations.
