Job summary

You will assign and sequence ICD, CPT, HCPCS, CDT, and DSM codes while ensuring terminology matches current coding guidelines and official nomenclature. This role focuses on accuracy and compliance within medical documentation workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical coding and record review.
• Familiarity with E/M levels and CPT/ICD coding.
• Knowledge of coding guidelines and official nomenclature.
