Centurion is seeking a full-time Medical Records Clerk at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, TN to initiate and maintain offender health records and respond to health record requests.

The role supports continuity of care and works with healthcare staff daily. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and data entry/computer experience; familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Computer/Data Entry experience.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities
