Sono Bello is seeking a Medical Receptionist - Patient Experience Specialist to greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain an accurate appointment schedule. The role supports a fast-paced aesthetic practice and ensures a smooth patient journey from arrival to departure.

The position emphasizes professional communication, basic arithmetic for payments, and proficient use of MS Office. It offers full-time hours with benefits, and a focus on work-life balance.

• Greet patients and manage front desk interactions

• Route inquiries to appropriate staff and keep files organized

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service/Administration
• Greet all patients, and offer beverage
• Check patients in and make sure schedule reflects appointment status
• Check patients out and schedule next appointment
• Maintain accountability for the schedule book
• Introduce visitors to the appropriate personnel that will assist with their concerns
• Conduct confirmation calls for appointments
• Pull next day’s patient charts and organize per scheduled appointment time
• Prepare new patient charts
• Maintain inventory of all front office supplies
• Check email and forward to the appropriate staff member
• Organize and maintain file system
• Keep Font Desk and Lobby area clean
• Process payments
• Print daily close out reports on scheduling system and review for accuracy.
• Fill deposit slips for all received cash and checks

Compensation Range

$18.11 - $21.74 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.

Benefits Package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, EAP, PTO, and Paid Holidays. (Benefits eligibility may vary based on employment status.)
