Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented front desk receptionist for Methodist Physicians Clinic – Nephrology in Omaha, NE. You will greet patients, register them, schedule appointments, and coordinate with doctors, nurses and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Responsibilities include collecting demographics and insurance information, confirming appointments, handling phone calls, and preparing records in the EMR system.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, hours between 7am - 5pm
Communicates to all patients, doctors, nurses, and other employees regarding schedules, charts, insurance issues, and any other concerns that may be addressed. Greets and registers all patients upon their arrival to the clinic.
