ConvenientMD is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see in our Worcester clinics. You will welcome patients, register new and existing records, collect payments, and help ensure timely visits while supporting the clinical team.
You’ll work 12-hour shifts with flexible full-time scheduling, across multiple ConvenientMD locations within travel distance, and use our electronic medical records system. Strong communication and organization are essential.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first face a patient or visitor sees when they walk into one of our clinics. Working alongside the clinical team, you will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, completing patient registration, updating new and existing patient records, collecting payment, and ensuring patients with or without pre-existing reservations are seen in a timely manner .

Pay Transparency
In order to maintain equity among team members, ConvenientMD has established defined hourly pay ranges for each role. Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations . The pay range listed reflects the potential compensation for this role within this region. Final compensation is determined at the conclusion of the interview process. Hourly Pay Range for this Position
$20 - $25 USD
