Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a Medical Receptionist to ensure a smooth flow of patients and serve as the non-clinical contact for services.

You will greet patients, coordinate care from check-in to treatment, manage scheduling, and handle data entry and payments in a fast-paced clinic setting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ years of medical front office experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience with medical software preferred.
• Availability and flexibility with work hours.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude.
