Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience by managing check-in/check-out and assisting with required paperwork
  • Handle medical insurance processes, collect payments and manage balances
  • Schedule follow-up appointments
  • Answer the telephone professionally and in a timely manner
  • Maintain clinic appearance and cleanliness
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients
  • Educate referred patients about CoreLife services and programs
Qualifications
  • One year of medical front office experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical insurance
  • Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time
  • Valid CPR license
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
