Job summary

Optimal Health and Wellness Center / Optimal Men''s Center in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Medical Provider to join our expanding team. This family-owned practice specializes in hormone balancing, peptide therapies, weight loss, and wellness medicine, with a focus on patient-centered care.

We offer a contract role with 24–40 hours per week, in-person work, and competitive pay: PA-C/NP $75–$90/hr, MD/DO $100–$150/hr.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a provider with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Male and Female Hormone Therapy Replacement, and Wellness Medicine who is passionate about helping patients feel their best.

Required Experience:

• Primary Care: 5+ years

Preferred Experience:

• Hormone Therapy: 2+ years
• Weight Loss: 2+ years
• Functional Medicine: 2+ years

Role Details

Type: Contract

Pay: PA-C/NP$75 - $90, MD/DO $100 - $150 per hour

Hours: 24 - 40 hours per week

Location: In-person Goodyear
