Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Successful completion of competency-based orientation program

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and recording vitals
• Performing basic administrative duties to keep information current
• Complete EMR documentation accurately and efficiently
• Process prescription refills and medication requests
• Communicate with health care team to ensure continuity of care
• Transport patients as needed and maintain clinic cleanliness
