Dallas Center United Methodist seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a demanding, fast-paced care environment. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and discharge planning while adhering to practice act rules.

This on-site role requires a Texas license, BLS, and a PT degree. Schedule is 7am–4pm or 10am–7pm, Monday–Friday, with a focus on quality patient outcomes and professional growth within a supportive network.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients.
Provide direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process.
Perform evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning.
